COMP CARDS F.A.Q.

1.  When will I get my Comp Cards?

Once you complete your online order, we try to print your order and ship it to you the same day, or the very next day. If you choose Priority Mail you should get your order in 2-3 days. If you choose Express mail you should get the order in 1-2 days. We also offer FedEx Ground and 2 Day Air.



2. What types of card stock do you offer?

Our 80# (lb.)smooth matte card stock is the best value and the most popular, but for a few cents more you can select the heavier 100# smooth matte card stock, and also semi-gloss or premium coated silk finish in either weight.
Email us at info@fromex.com and request a free sample set of all six card stocks that we offer for comp cards and headshots.

3. How do I order online?

First select your choice of card size and single or double sided, then select a template. Enter the quantity and select the card stock and Begin Creation. Just drag and drop your photos into the spaces, zoom and center. Click on the text and edit the font, size and color. Follow the prompts to checkout, and pay with your credit card, your PayPal account, or select us to call you for credit card payment.



4. Can I crop my photos?

Yes, you can zoom in on any photo and then adjust the location in the box.

5. My photos don't look sharp on the screen, will the prints look ok?

Always use the highest resolution images you have. If you have very small resolution files from the web, email, or Facebook , the softness and pixelization you see on the screen will also be on the prints.



6. Can I use my own design?

Yes you can. Just be sure your file is sized to the same size or aspect ratio as the finished comp cards. Choose the template that is called Your Design.

7. Can you print full bleed to the edge of the paper?

No, we can not. There will always be a white border on the paper.

8. How do I remove the default text in the template?

If you are not using all the text boxes on the template, be sure that you remove the "Type Text Here" by clicking on it and deleting it.

9.  Can I add my own resume?

Yes, just send us an email to info@fromex.com, attach your resume preferably in PDF format, and reference your comp card order number. We will link it to your order and print the resume on the back.

10. What do they cost?

Prices vary with quantity and size. See the prices on the Comp Card Page . Your best deal is ordering at least 10 or 20 copies.

11. Can I reorder more later?

Yes, we keep your order on file for about six months, so you can email us at info@fromex.com if you need more copies.

12. Can I purchase the final digital file of my order?
Yes, you can. There are two options when ordering: 1) A screen resolution PDF file for email or the web, or 2) A high resolution JPG image for printing.
