Professional lab quality life size cutouts mounted on foamcore

We have been professionally creating life-size cutouts for over ten years in our lab. We make cutouts from your image file or photo. Please send us a high resolution image file, usually that would be the original file from the camera or phone. Low resolution images like screen grabs from a phone, or small images from the web or social media are rarely sharp enough to make an acceptable life-size cutout. If you're not sure, email us the file first.

We DO NOT have a library of stock images of celebrities, super heros or politicians. Our life size cutout is a real photographic print mounted on 3/16" foamcore board with a matte laminate and a fold out stand and base. Please provide us with the actual height of the subject so we can make your cutout really life-size. If we are shipping to you, we will make the cutout in two pieces with a tight fitting tab and slot to seamlessly re-assemble. For commercial use, we recommend that you add the double thickness foamboard for lastly durability. We can make cutouts of just about anything, not just people. We've cut out dogs,  motorcycles, farm animals, stage props, graphic designs, and more. Turn- around time in our lab is about 3 days plus shipping. Questions? Call us.

No one can match our quality, quick turnaround and low cost

The basic life size cutout is a real photographic print mounted on 3/16" foamcore board with a matte laminate and a fold out stand and base. Most other online cutouts are printed on thin cardboard. It is perfect for any event, party, promotion or special occasion. We can make it from any digital file, print or slide.

Pricing

A standard cutout up to 30" wide is $30 per foot of height (minimum 3 feet), cutouts 30"-36" wide are $35 per foot of height and cutouts 36"-44" wide are $40 per foot of height (minimum 3 feet). A non-reflective matte lamination is included. Double thickness reinforcement is an additional $10.00 per foot.

The price is based on the height and width of the cutout, and includes the cost of the print. Talking bubbles are $40.00 each and are made to be removable from the cutout. Shipping is $30 for the first cutout and $10 for each additional.

Shipping & turnaround time

Cutouts more than three feet tall are shipped in two pieces and can be easily and securely re-assembled. Our Standard Shipping in the continental USA is by FedEx Ground at $30 for the first cutout and $10 more for each additional cutout shipped in the same box. We usually ship within 2-3 days after receiving your order so you can estimate delivery in 7-10 days.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, International, overnight or 2-day service will require an additional charge. We will call you with the details. We DO NOT ship cutouts by USPS Priority or Express Mail.

Are you taking a new photo?

If you are taking a new digital photo for the cutout: Set your digital camera to the highest JPG resolution possible. Stand back and zoom in to make your subject fill the frame vertically top to bottom, be sure to include the feet, and use your flash to fill the shadows; the background is irrelevant.

Are you sending us a print?

If you only have a print, mail it to us along with your instructions, and we will phone or email you to confirm your order.
