Our Guarantee of Quality

Everyone here at Fromex Photo & Digital takes great pride in their work. We thank you for entrusting us with your images. We do our very best to ensure that we have produced the very highest quality prints and photo products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will reprint them at our expense (see the Return Policy). We welcome your comments on our service. Thanks again.

Limit of Liability

Submitting any tangible or electronic media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative for any purpose, such as processing, printing, duplication, alteration, enlargement, storage, transmission, or other handling, constitutes an AGREEMENT that any loss or damage to it by our company, subsidiary or agents, even though by our negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to replacement with an equivalent quantity/size of unexposed photographic film or electronic media. Except for such replacement, our acceptance of the media, image, data, file, card, disc, device, film, print, slide or negative is without other liability, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No express or implied warranty is provided.

Fromex Photo & Digital does not assume liability, whether lost or damaged by fire, theft, negligence or any other means, for customer supplied materials, such as frames, paintings, artwork, video tapes, etc., that are submitted with orders. Should you choose to leave materials or prints not processed in our lab for mounting or framing, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage incurred.

We cannot be responsible for materials left unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of

your order. All prices and service specifications are subject to change without notice.

Copyright Laws

Fromex Photo & Digital respects the right of all artists and photographers to their copyrighted

materials. We accept copyrighted materials only if written permission has been granted by the

copyright owner. The customer further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Fromex Photo &

Digital for any costs or judgments resulting from claim for copyright infringement by the owner or his/her lawful assigns.

When Your Order Will Be Ready

Color print orders will usually be ready for pick up in 1-4 days depending on the size of the order and our workload. We will call or text you when it is ready to pickup in our lobby. 

True Black & White print orders will usually be ready for pick up in 2-7 days depending on the size of the order and our workload. We will call or text you when it is ready to pickup. 

Orders for 16x20s or larger will require approval of a test strip in the store.

The test will usually be ready in 1-2 days. We will call or text you when it is ready. 



All orders for shipment will be mailed by USPS 1st Class/Priority Mail or shipped by FedEx within 24 hours. If you have a question, please call us at 562-290-8124 or email us at fromexlb@gmail.com .

Our Customer Service hours are 10am to 5pm Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

Return Policy

Prints - If you are not happy with the Color and Black & White prints you received, you can return them to us for reprinting at no charge. Please include specific instructions regarding the issue. If the reprinting is still not acceptable we will offer you a full refund.

Film Processing – The processing charge for film is not refundable, even if the roll of film is blank or has no usable images.

Mounting and Framing – We will redo, remake or repair any framing or mounting order if there is a problem. There are no refunds on this type of custom work.

Film Sales – Photographic film is a perishable item and cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. The only exception is if we have shipped you the wrong item.

Shipping Policy

Film Processing and Printing Orders – We ship all USA orders via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. Shipping is $8.50. Film processing and print orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping.

Additionally , we offer USPS Express Mail $27.50, FedEx Ground $20.00, FedEx 2Day Air $40.00 (USA only). International orders will be shipped at the best available rate.

Digital Print and Enlargement Orders – We ship all USA orders via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx at our discretion. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. Shipping is fixed at $8.50. Additionally , we offer USPS Express Mail $27.50, FedEx Ground $20.00, FedEx 2Day Air $40.00 (USA only). International orders will be shipped at the best available rate.

Mounting, Framing and Lifesize Cutout Orders – These larger orders are shipped by FedEx Ground in the USA and billed at the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Delays - Any delay that is the result of the shipping company is not the responsibility of Fromex. Please be aware that delays can and do happen.
